Follow the steps mentioned below in sequence to Start your course:-
- Log in on the website with your existing user id and password.
- Go to “My Course”.
- Check-in both folders on “My Course” Page – ‘Archive’ and ‘Active’.
- You will find the course assigned to you in one of the folders.
- If the course is in Active, click on my image then you will see the option- “START COURSE”.
- If the course is in ‘Archive’, then move it to ‘Active’ by the option given there.
- Now the course would have been transferred to ‘Active’ and you can start it then.
- If you still find an issue with course opening, then contact support.
